Second time I've had Ruby cut my hair, first time she left the right side of my hair about an inch to 2 inches longer than the rest of my head, I asked her not to do that this time since I work in a high-school and need to look professional and she ended up clipping the top sides of my head too short and left it looking egg shaped, and cut my bangs almost to the hairline. I recently got my hair cut and colored somewhere else and noticed the back was a little too long. All I wanted was the back to be taken up just to the occipital bone. I told him that I liked the front length and that I wanted to be able to use a 2" round brush on the back. As he was cutting my hair, I noticed long pieced of hair falling to the floor. Hit and miss. Don't let Raul cut your hair. Unfortunately at this establishment, you cant get a consecutively good haircut.
