I'm not sure who it was, but they gave me a completely wrong cut. I asked for an inch to be taken off and an undercut and was left with just an inch of hair. I had nice, long curly hair and now im left with nothing. Avoid this place
Person that cut my hair did it absolutely wrong, and it was too late into it to fix it. She didn't know how to use the computer system. And moat likely printed the wrong directions for the service. I will go back, but if I walk in and see her again I am walking right back out and returning another time instead.
Online check in is amazing
The new Manager need to learn to listen to the Client 👂🏽 I will not be going back… she cut all my length off on top of putting thinning shears in my hair. Zero out of ten
