Ms. Pearl does a great job and a very pleasant experience. I have gray course, naturally curly hair. ama. Pearl cuts it perfectly every visit.
I went today with my grandson. We were going to get two haircuts and my grandson was first. Hanna was outstanding and my grandson was pleased. However, I was not pleased. There was no one in the shop and two hairdressers. The second hairdresser made me wait while she was on her cell phone for over 25 minutes. I refused to get my hair cut due to extreme lack of customer service . This was not a good visit especially in front of my adult grandson.
