I Went in to get my hair fixed from the last person. That screwed up on my haircut when I went in to Great Clips and Laurie. The one that did my hair today was amazing. She fixed everything. Thank you, laurie I will be back to see you. I know you only work on Sunday and Monday but I wanted to let you know I will have you do my hair from now on. Thank you so much.
This is the 2nd time in 3 visits that the online checkin tells me "head to the sallon, you are next in line". Then when you get there there are 3 people ahead of you and one stylist and the app says 32 minutes.
I have come here many times to have my hair cut and my bangs cut. Today I had a new person cut my hair and she completely butchered my bangs. I look like a toddler whose mom cut her bangs. I specifically said that I wanted my bangs below my eyebrows. They are well above my eyebrows. They're uneven. I look like I'm in the dumb and dumber movie. Such an utter disappointment and so embarrassing because I can't even pin them back. They're that short.
