I made an appointment online and they said 30 minutes, then 5 minutes later I get a message that says go ahead and come in, so I quickly drive down there , I'm only 5 minutes away, and when I get there, there are 3 people ahead of me and the gal says it will be about 25 minutes, well no thanks, I won't be wasting my time with this outfit again.
