I got my hair cut there a couple weeks ago and I wish I hadn't. The workers there did look "bottom of the barrel" like the other reviewer said. I didn't want to prejudge the lady who cut my hair but turns out I was right because she gave me a very strange haircut. I contacted Great Clips corporate but they said since it's a franchisee that it's out of their hands, yet on my receipt it says service and products are satisfaction guarantee. BS! I do not recommend!
I had my hair cut to donate 13 inches. They were wonderful. Love my new do,
IT'S BECOMING OBVIOUS TO ME THAT THIS SHOP HIRES ONLY THE BOTTOM OF THE BEAUTY SCHOOL CLASSES. LAST 2 CUT BY 2 DIFFERENT OPERATORS WERE A DISASTER. THE FIRST THE SIMPLE UNDERCUT BOB (NOTHING FANCY) WAS ALMOST A INCH LONGER NEXT TO MY FACE ONE THE LEFT SIDE. THIS TIME, SAME CUT, IT IS 3 OR MORE DIFFERENT LENGTHS.
