Simple and quick. Always polite and professional
Today was the worst day ever at this place, after waiting for over an hour at the lobby, the skinny lady with purple hair kicked us out with most degrading way claiming that my kid will move a lot and she will not be able to cut his hair. We were treated really bad and felt very embarrassed in front of other customers. We said thank you and left even tho we did have great experiences cutting our kids hair at this place for years and never seen such a rude person. Racism was real at this place!!! I watched how a manager refused to cut hair for a Muslim family kid this morning because they look a bit Islamic or Arabic and only one of them spoke English. The lady with a purple hair around her 60th birthday tall and thin was somehow disrespectful and rude to this family, her excuse was that the kid is too active in the lobby and she will not be able to cut his hair tody. I could not believe this would happen in front of my eyes someday.
