I asked for a shampoo and a specific cut and showed her a picture and received nothing like the picture. I basically received a trim . was very disappointed.
they did a great job
I'm very particular about my hair, and who cuts it. I was very pleased and surprised that Nicci was able to take my terrible mop top and give it a reasonable cut for how long and gruff it was. Thank you recommend.
