After seeing many great reviews for Katie I decided to try out Great Clips. Previously I have always gone to salons and paid $150-$200 for curtain bang trim, face framing, and layers. Katie did an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted and checked in during the haircut. She’s clearly a talented hairdresser and I am more than pleased. Of course, there’s no hair washing, blowdrying or pampering but the price is well worth it. Thank you Katie!
You wait for your turn through the online check in system. When it's about your turn, the customer ahead gets called back, a woman, and you can see her haircut is going to take awhile. The OTHER stylist, who should be yours, DISAPPEARS. First you think maybe they just went to the bathroom. Nope. Went to a 30 minute lunch. On a tight schedule today, so I guess no haircut for me. Katelyn at Mendocino Marketplace gave me a great haircut today. She made time to bring up pictures of on her phone of styles I might like; then modified the one I chose to suit my face. Like other stylists here, Katelyn really listens to her customers and seems to genuinely enjoy her work. I'll definitely be back.
