i called to speak with the owner, she women who answered told me i could leave a message, i asked 2 more questions then she said you can leave a name & message, i went on to leave my information and she hung up on me, i thought it was a mistake, went to call back and she kept hanging up on me 3 more times in a row! so unprofessional and RUDE. I think the owner needs to re evaluate his choice of employees because you guys are in customer service.... CUSTOMER service. wish i could give a negative star.
Kicked me off the list once I got into the store and wanted me to wait 2 hours. Go to brecksville instead.
We absolutely LOVE STEPHANIE! My toddler son 21 months and my daughter has had their haircut here several times, and she is amazing every time. It can be challenging getting a haircut for a toddler boy especially. She is so patient, kind, and wonderful with them and their haircuts always turn out great! She makes them feel comfortable and does such an amazing job. You can truly tell that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend her!
