Took an hour to get a trim and fade. Front wasn’t lined up and she kept trying to tell me I should go for a different length cut. She spent half the time talking and was just cutting away aimlessly. Not a great experience unfortunately.
Refused service for the type of hair I had! Said they didn’t have time to do a blowout wash and press I arrived at 5:20pm, I said ok- can it be flat iron instead- she said they don’t have any, but miraculously found some. Wendy agreed to do it, but got overwhelmed with my hair all because I said this is not flat-I can still feel the puffiness and she refused to do it.
I signed in online and when I arrived had a mnimal waiting time. My cutting presferences were already in "the system" so my haircut was performed quickly and efficiently by a friendly stylist whom I had not previously used. I left satisfied .
