Clara did a great job cutting my hair! She is very precise and shows great attention to details.
The lady was extremely wonderful, but I won’t be coming back here. They are way overpriced for their other locations.
Overpriced shampoo, $15. Had to ask multiple times for a back corner to be evened. Then realized the sides were very uneven, and had to be shortened, way shorter than requested. I appreciate the stylist apology, however, would rather not go back to her again. She was going to refund the shampoo price, but saw I was about to use a coupon for the haircut so reversed that gesture. There’s a reason why there was no wait on a Saturday afternoon at this place.
I previously gave this location a four-star review, but this time, I have to give only one star. When I got a haircut in January 2025, the apron they used had a bad smell. I gave them another chance on March 1st, 2025, but this time, the apron was even worse—it smelled so bad it almost made me throw up and was covered in hair from the previous customer. It seems like they are not using fresh aprons, and I doubt they are being washed regularly. On the positive side, the staff is very nice, and I always get a good haircut here... read more
