I went in today for my first time and a new lady who was a manager at a different place cut my hair. It’s so uneven. It’s nothing like the photo. There are random strands that are longer than the other. My curtain bangs look like squares in the front. I could’ve done it myself at home with kitchen scissors the way they look. Any shorter to get it fixed would be too short then ide have to get actual bangs I’m so upset. Have been coming here for years and brought my son today. The last time he was here a lady cut his hair and left bangs and when styled looked fine, but when washed left them crooked across his head. Taking him today we had the same lady chosen to cut his hair. We mentioned he had longer bangs that didn’t look good if left flat (like he likes it) and that I’d like them cut so that he didn’t look like a dork if he didn’t want to style his hair.
