I had the best experience at Great Clips! Nicole cut my hair like the picture I showed her. Then she helped me customize the haircut to my taste with some more layers and thinned it out for me. It wasn’t just the haircut, the experience was outstanding. I felt like she listened to what I was saying. She was professional. Nicole would ask if I was satisfied as we went. My hairstyles Megan did a great job and was a absolute pleasure to talk too.
Service is merely ok. Twice now have had my name cleared off the waiting list while on way there and bumped to the end.
