I was very disappointed with my visit this afternoon. First thing was that I signed in before I got there. I was 5th in line I announced myself when I arrived. Some how 7 people went before I was called. The lady that cut my hair literally butchered my head. My head was cut uneven all over and my side burns were un even and crooked. THIS IS NOT A BAD REVIEW!!! I came in with confidence in the newer hairstylist. I was giving him the benefit of doubt, but with my outcome and seeing his techniques… i just think he needs more practice and trials with women’s hair. Letting me know he was a barber before started to lower my confidence in his work because it’s men’s hair. Women have different standards and want different outcomes than men do.
