Not only was my haircut sub-par the hair stylist claimed she had years of experience. Not with that below average cut and the condescending tone with every word that was exchanged. God forbid I let you know how I wanted my hair. Oh wait..... that's where your years of experience come in. You cut my hair to your standard of haircuts. I appreciated you cutting me off every sentence to let me know I was wrong. I asked for a blunt shoulder length bob (showed pictures so there was minimal miscommunication) and she cut my hair all the way up to my ear. The first side she cut looked great but she kept hacking away at my hair. She refused to take accountability, blamed it on me donating my hair that “these things happen when making a donation.” Like it was somehow my fault. Finding a great stylist is like finding a dentist or doctor that you trust and want to keep going to for the rest of your life. I recently moved back to La Crosse and I found my stylist through a recommendation from my brother. I've been going to her monthly for over a year now. I went yesterday for a haircut after 2 years. I said I have layers already in my hair but I havent cut my hair in 2 years. I braid my hair regularly so it’d be nice if it was all one length but I don’t want it to be right now, I just wanna trim up the ends of what I already have.
