Gret service, personnel is always available and nice to the customer. Still the nicest staff as of now...
TEAMWORK!! I stopped in for a haircut and had a newer stylist cut my hair. Her teammates were supportive of her, helped, and guided her through my haircut and it turned out great!!! Nice to see people working together.
I walked in at 6:40. They close at 8 pm. The lady said it's a 40 minute wait. I said, "ok" The lady said you sure you want to wait. I said, "sure." She replied with I'm trying to keep it real it's 40 minutes. I said, "ok." Then she said look I'm trying to be professional here and let you know it's only the 2 of us in here. Finally, I responded with are you trying to tell me you don't want to cut my hair. She said, whatever and started waking towards the counter. I just left. Really unprofessional
