My mother told me to go here one day since the stylist was very good. I ended up going as a walk in since their check in system online was messed up due to personal drama. I went in, checked in and had a message sent to my phone. She told me it'd be about a 40 minute wait and I'd get a message letting me know they were ready. I got a haircut on 9/27 by I someone new or a trainee, she took her time and did a great job.

Their stylists use to be great but all the good ones have left. The new manager has alot to be desired and if they are going to hire stylists just out of school they need to have a experienced person to oversee their work. I have gone there for years but those days are gone. At least the manager told me there wouldn't be a charge. She trimmed the sides and back and said you can leave now. Neither the manager or stylist apologized for the horrible cut I've ever gotten in my life
