Their stylists use to be great but all the good ones have left. The new manager has alot to be desired and if they are going to hire stylists just out of school they need to have a experienced person to oversee their work. I have gone there for years but those days are gone. At least the manager told me there wouldn't be a charge. She trimmed the sides and back and said you can leave now. Neither the manager or stylist apologized for the horrible cut I've ever gotten in my life

You get what you pay for. This is a very low budget place and it shows. First, I was upset I left with wet hair. I wanted it washed. She did it... reluctantly. And missed the whole back underside. I was so upset I didn't even look at the back. She also didn't offer to show me. I didn't even realize i was done until she started taking the cape off! My cut is uneven. It's nothing like what I wanted. I still tipped the highest recommended amount... but like i said, I hadn't seen what it looked like. I'm inclined to ask for my m... read more
