Had Kevin doing my haircut for the first time, and I did read several bad reviews related to him in the past, and now I understand why those people complained about him. If he's not interested to work there, why bother going to work at all. Overall poor quality, rushing, and rude.

Zero star review. This place did the complete opposite of what my wife asked them to do. The stylist Joann, wouldn't do what my wife wanted until another stylist came over and told her to just do what my wife asked. My wife has been growing her hair out for a long time so she didn't want ANY length cut off, she just wanted some layers starting at her shoulders. Everyone here are pleasant and respectful. Alyssa always listens carefully to my style descriptions. Have a lot of hair but she always comes up with a cut that really works. Get compliments too.
