First time getting my haircut at a great clips and I was a little skeptical. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed. Alex did an amazing job on my hair I let her know what I wanted and she made it happen. She was very friendly and kind! Definitely will be coming back to her!
Rebecca did such an amazing job with my hair! I asked for a simple trim and she went above and beyond making sure I was happy with everything along the way :)
Updated January 19, 2023 There's still weirdness between this store and the app. The app told me I was next, but I arrived, was greeted, and checked against the app and I sat down. I could see my name was first on the list. Instead, they took someone else lower on the list. Needs to be a better SOP for those who use the app. Not sure what going on here, but they've recently become very slow.
