I come to this location all the time. Always get a good a haircut but I don't like that the stylists don't have on smocks or aprons. Very unprofessional!!! You can't even tell who the stylists are. They need to have something covering them asap. Stocks are apart of the job.
Walked in and was greeted and serviced immediately. Ryan found my profile, I showed her 2 pics and she got it absolutely correct! This is my 2nd time with Ryan and she understood I wanted the bulk and weight removed from my pixie. My haircut is SO fly, I could wear it out as is. I did go in freshly washed and wrapped from earlier this morning which makes a huge difference. Point cutting skills are on point! I need to make sure I get regularly scheduled cuts from now on. If you get Madison, ask for someone else! I've been using this location ever since it opened (15-20 yrs?), but today I had a new young lady cut my hair & really seems to lack experience & the deposition to cut hair. She just continually BANGED the shaver against my head & it wasn't just uncomfortable & annoying, but it actually hurt a couple times. After the 3rd time nicking me, I finally said something to her.
