It was my first time coming to Great Clips, and it will definitely be my last. They didn’t have the proper equipment for a skin fade haircut. I showed them a picture of the haircut I wanted, but instead they ended up cutting my neck with their clippers. They mostly just shaved around the sides of my head and barely trimmed the top. My kid haircut looks nothing like the photo I showed. It turned out very uneven, messy, and unprofessional. I'm really disappointed with the result because it's completely different from what I asked for. I expected a much more accurate and professional haircut.
I would like to say how much I love this place. I went here for my haircut everytime and always wanted it to be Kay who did it. Kay is really good with alternative and grunge type hair cuts and she never disappoints. Even when I don't know how to explain what I want she gives me exactly what I want. The 4 stars is because of one Chinese lady who I don't recall her name. The one time she did my hair I had to repeat over 4 times what I wanted and she still kept asking. WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD FROM GREAT CLIPS... I ENDED UP WITH THE WORST CHOP JOB I HAVE EVER HAD. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BECAUSE SHE HAS BAD REVIEWS ALL OVER GOOGLE REVIEWS. I REALLY DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL I GOT HOME AND WAS ABLE TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR. THINKING SHE DID A EXCELLENT JOB I TIPPED HER $10. WHAT A JOKE I SHOULD HAVE GAVE HER NOTHING.
