My husband goes here and has yet to get a really good hair cut. He gets a different person every time. Today he got a terrible cut. She left the back below his tshirt collar although he told her he wears collared shirts and ties and wanted the back above the collar.

I came to this location for the first time with a family friend. She has been here many times and always had a good experience. I tried it out and was very happy with everything from the ease of parking, the short wait even without using the online check in. Fast, friendly and a good vibe. The stylists Jo and Ashli were so friendly and helpful. My hair is an 'experience' in curls and Ashli explained her ideas and made suggestions to the pictures I showed her. Will be back for sure.

It was my first time coming to Great Clips, and it will definitely be my last. They didn’t have the proper equipment for a skin fade haircut. I showed them a picture of the haircut I wanted, but instead they ended up cutting my neck with their clippers. They mostly just shaved around the sides of my head and barely trimmed the top. They also didn’t have any aftershave alcohol or antiseptic to use after the haircut. My entire neck is scratched, burning, and very irritated. My kid haircut looks nothing like the photo I showed. It turned out very uneven, messy, and unprofessional. I'm really disappointed with the result because it's completely different from what I asked for. I expected a much more accurate and professional haircut.
