I took my friend in to get his hair cut and I asked if the gentleman could cut his hair because I was hoping to talk him into something a little updated. It was my first time there with him and an older woman there got angry because I requested that the gentleman cut his hair. She was downright rude and was nasty with me. I was polite the entire time and asked if I could get a quote for my hair and she rudely replied "it's right there on the wall." Nope! I won't be going there. Today was my first time at the Almar location - normally I go to Capitola. Qing did a great job trimming a few inches off my hair. I'd recommend Great Clips Santa Cruz for a quick and affordable haircut.
