Walked in with one person in a chair and a stylist taking care of her and another stylist sitting in a chair waiting for clients. She took my name and said there was two ahead of me that checked in online. They were not there yet. I waited only about 5 minutes before I said screw it and left. I understand checking in online. They're a great bunch and do a good job with my hair. They're all friendly and thorough and i especially appreciate Marci who just seems to know what looks good!
