Not one time going there but 2 times I went for a trim and side shave above my ears. 1st time it was not even, and I fixed it myself T home, . Guess what I went back this morning telling the stylist the problem I had last time. To make a long story short after telling her my issue from the last time she still shaved/trimmed my hair crooked . I will do it myself next time because In the end I had to fix it myself
