The person who last cut my hair made me look like a weird, 70s person with a clump of hair at the top. This could have been avoided if they were thorough with how they applied uniformity but they were too concerned with how scared they were of a thunderstorm that they were distracted by…I have my preferred settings saved and they couldn’t pull that off properly either. They were busy at open and had a wait. While we sat in the lobby, one of the two stylists complained very loudly the whole time about her employers, her hours, and even the client before us. She was very rude and off-putting, and kept interrupting the other stylist to complain about the store ownership, making the atmosphere awkward and uncomfortable. When it was finally our turn and it looked like she’d be our stylist, I decided not to trust her with scissors and walked out.
Pam the manager was amazing! I came in very straggly and emerged very artsy avant-garde… so great!
