I find it ridiculous how business is conducted! The manager curses and degrades employees. Door should be shut!!!
Our first experience walking in was a lady who's name tag said Laurie and said yeah what do we want! And we proceeded to say we wanted to wait for Alex C. who is by far the BEST around bwood and we knew her from another salon in the past and she said "okay and you still have to sign in" very rudely which we totally understand but we didn't know the procedure as it was our first time in a Great Clips.
