My son does not like haircuts!!! Amanda and Lisa took such good care of him. He loves his haircut. He is excited to go back thank you ladies for making his experience, memorable and fun. I look forward to seeing you soon
I would have put no stars if I could have because I had a no star start to my experience at this salon but thankfully a 5 star finish. The woman who started on my haircut (I don’t know her name because she did not introduce herself to me) was terrible. She started out loudly complaining to her coworker how much her hand hurt and proceeded to tell me all about the infection in her hand and how painful it was, including that her doctor had put her on several medications to help it and nothing was working. While I have no complaints about my daughter’s cut with Jen the bumbling started at check out so I pay with a card and leave get home look at the receipt and charged $39 for $20 haircut so the next day I return and I get we can do anything come back tomorrow so I return the next day just to have the manager (Lisa) say she can’t do anything takes my info down and says the owner will call me. So I guess the owner calls me and start questioning me about my transaction which she should have had from my previous visit to the stor... read more
