I would have put no stars if I could have because I had a no star start to my experience at this salon but thankfully a 5 star finish. The woman who started on my haircut (I don’t know her name because she did not introduce herself to me) was terrible. She started out loudly complaining to her coworker how much her hand hurt and proceeded to tell me all about the infection in her hand and how painful it was, including that her doctor had put her on several medications to help it and nothing was working. While I have no complaints about my daughter’s cut with Jen the bumbling started at check out so I pay with a card and leave get home look at the receipt and charged $39 for $20 haircut so the next day I return and I get we can do anything come back tomorrow so I return the next day just to have the manager (Lisa) say she can’t do anything takes my info down and says the owner will call me. My go to place for a haircut, their stylists are experienced and always welcoming and do a great job! For the price you pay, you are getting more, especially in Sarasota. Julia, Lisa and the rest of crew are the best in SRQ.
