I checked in as soon as I rolled in I only waited a few minutes. They stay on time which is awesome if you're tight for time. I went in for a long needed trim. The stylist, I missed her name, cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I probably need more frequent trims, I already know this. For once someone didn't tell me to donate my hair to locks for love which is great. No unsolicited advice which is great. Service is efficient and accurate. I go every 5 to 6 weeks and i wait for Lisa, she always does a great job and makes me laugh, everyone there is always in a good mood! Love my Great Clips

Headline: Terrible service and a complete rush job. ​I had a horrible experience here. The stylist spent literally less than 5 minutes cutting my hair and told me it was "done." It looked awful. ​When I politely pointed out the problem areas and asked for adjustments, she was extremely impatient. Ironically, she ended up spending 10 minutes just fixing her mistakes—which took twice as long as the actual haircut!
