I tried getting a haircut at this store on Tuesday the 19th. When I signed in for a haircut online I was in Grandview on Fifth Ave. The site said there was a 10 minute wait. It was further away then I expected so hoped I could still get in. It took at least 15 minutes to get there. It was around 230 in the afternoon and only one stylist was working. Would give zero if I could, had to go elsewhere to get it fixed.
I chose this location because it had no wait time and now I understand the reason. The lady gave me the worst hair cut of my life. She went through my hair as if she was cutting grass with a sickle. Never going back again.
Great hair cutting experience. Got in chair at exact time I made apt online. Stylist was very courteous and attentive to my needs. Did a very good job
