Walk in, employee is on the first chair to the left. On her phone. Looks at me and never says anything. There's a customer waiting in line and she's just on her phone. I ask if she can help me and she looks at the back and doesn't say a word. Is this how customers are greeted at this location? By an employee who doesn't speak and can't get off her phone? BRING THE OLD EMPLOYEES BACK!
