I usually like great clips. Today the lady didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing. I asked for layers and told her I wanted to keep it a ponytail but when she went to start cutting my hair, she was going to cut it shorter than my chin. I actually just told her never mind and just ended up getting a 3 inch trim. Then when I went to go use a coupon she didn’t know how to do it and said she wasn’t sure how to work the system.
