Brook always does amazing with my hair!
Whent there for a shoulder length bob and I ended up with a choppy mullet and had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. Called and spoke to the manager to complain and found out she was the on who had cut my hair. Not pleased at all.
My daughters bangs look like they were done at home very sloppy missed parts of them, step sons hair was way shorter than he asked for, my sons fade looks more like a Mohawk, and my hair came out a lot shorter than I was expecting it too. Will not be returning.
