They suck. Sit there and wait and they don't tell you someone is before you.
Checked in online, showed up, and wasn't serviced at all. People who didn't check in online were put ahead of me. I waited 45mins, even though I was told online that it'd be a 17min wait. So, I ended up leaving. Horribly disorganized. Wouldn't go here.
Went in today 09/22 for a haircut. The place was dead, perfect timing. I was asked by the young woman cutting my hair if I wanted the same haircut as I had before (they keep it on file) number 2 clippers on the sides, 1/2 inch or 1 inch off the top. I said yes but not too short on top. I have the worst haircut I’ve ever had! When I arrived at the location there was another customer on the waiting list but he wasn’t there.
