Okay....basically I went for a hair cut/wash. The hair wash was a joke. I mentioned that I would like them to clean my hair....she didn't even scrub so I thought she might catch the hint. She didn't. She did a half --- job. So then I told her I wanted a cut with long layers. She trimmed the back of my hair and started taking off the cape and decided to be done.
