I just wanted a trim and to redefine my long layers, but the girl who cut my hair botched it so badly. She started my layers 3 inches above the bottom and they were so uneven and chunky. I’m not saying this to be mean, but it literally looked like a toddler took scissors to my hair. I asked for a refund which gratefully they gave me. This was the first time I took my daughter to get her hair cut, I was ready to do whatever I needed to keep her calm but her Stylist Burklie had her calm and happy the whole time. My daughter was making everybody laugh with her silliness, and she was very happy with her hair cut! My hair was cut by Makenzie and I liked it a lot, much better than it was. Both ladies did great, thank you.

I usually like the convenience of Great Clips’ online check-in, but this time was very frustrating. The app showed a 95-minute wait, so I planned my visit accordingly. When it got down to about 20 minutes, I headed to the salon. By the time I arrived, it said 10 minutes left—but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes after checking in. What made it worse was watching stylists spend a lot of extra time chatting with customers instead of focusing on the haircut.
