At a previous visit, my hair was even more tangled than it was today, and the stylist was able to detangle it in about an hour. Today, after waiting about an hour, my hair and scalp were examined, but there wasn't an attempt to detangle it before I was told they couldn't do anything. I was told to try to get the tangles out myself, and shaving it bald was mentioned as an option. The tangle was a medium-sized tangle in the back of my hair.
