App and salon are working as they should now. When you check in on-line, it tells you your wait time AND where you're at on the list. Checked in and left my house with a 19 min wait time. By the time I was near the salon, I still had a few minutes so I stopped and did some other errands. Bu the time I was finished, my wait time was only a couple minutes and I was number 2 on the list. Walked in and didnt even have time to sit down. I wish every store with an app worked as well as Great Clips.

The very professional stylist that cut my hair and trim my beard on this day had never given me a haircut or beard trim before. I feel terrible, but I can’t remember her name and part of my recollection is that it was very unique and a pretty name. From the very beginning, This experience came across like it would from someone who had cut my hair and trim my beard, countless times before!!!
