I visited this location with a valid Back to School $9.99 coupon. The white girl at the front was rude and refused to honor it for us, even though she had accepted it for the customer before us. Another employee tried to help and pointed out the coupon was valid, but she kept denying it and sent her away so she could charge us full price. This is unacceptable and feels like an attempt to rip customers off. I will be filing a complaint with corporate about her behavior and this unfair practice.
