Went for a haircut , i have a point cut pixie, the lady(cassandra) says oh you have a point cut do you want the same today i said yes. She proceeded to cut my hair in the back and sides before i could say anything. She cut it so short and straight across, no point cut at all, i was in her chair maybe 10-15 minutes and she says all done. I didnt say anything about the cut because it was to short to even try to fix it. I did say you cut more than we decided, no answer, nothing. My tech Brittany was awesome
Been going to this location for over eight years and it was quite decent until the last 6-8 months. This time did the online check in, arrived late still waited almost a half hour. The haircut before was not so good. Today’s haircut was great
They told me to come in after 15 mins so I did, and then they wanted me to wait for another 15. Could have just told me to come after 30 mins so you don’t waste people time
