I wish I could give zero stars. I took my 10 year old son here today for a small trim. Rosa completely butchered his hair! I honestly don’t even know what this cut is or what she was thinking. I wish I wouldn’t have paid, $20 down the drain! But I definitely didn’t tip her because my 6 month old baby could have done better than this! I had to take him somewhere else and spend more money to get it fixed. Every time I go to Great Clips the staff is very friendly. I choose the same lady every time to cut my hair because she does a wonderful job every time.
I can honestly say that every time I get a haircut at Great Clips they do a great job!!
