Great Haircuts and Great Customer Servire
The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because the haircut was OK. My elderly mother and I came in for hair cuts. They put my mom in one chair and called me to another. I hesitated and asked to wait til she was finished to start mine so I could help my mom get around. They said "its ok we'll take care of her" so I sat as well. Of course my mom was finished first. She has limited mobility and very poor eyesight. She barely made it out of the chair and they just left her standing there out in the middle with no offer to help... read more
