I have been going to the Great Clips in East Towne Plaza for a few years. the first time by luck I had Khou for my haircut. Since than I ALWAYS make sure I have her. She takes the time to understand what I want and she never rushes through the haircut. The first time in my experience that someone is willing to make the haircut a pleasant and not rushed experience. This is the best place to get your hair cut in the area! Check in is very efficient with the app and staff is super courteous and well prepared for your visit. Very courteous and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are well satisfied with your hair cut.
