Normally I have had better experiences with great clips than my most recent visit today on 8-8-25, until I had Mallory attempt to cut my hair. Given it's been a while since my last haircut it seemed she was trying harder to not cut my hair than she was to do even a decent job. Once I realized and seen she that she would try to angle the mirror away from uneven cuts it was too late. Always go to Shelbyville Tn location because Chris is my guy,he does an amazing job, very detailed and always great conversation.
I had a trim and bangs cut by Scarlett and it looks great! I would definitely recommend her.
Store was closed at 6:45pm refused to open the door. Piss poor business tactics. But great clips don't care they have a rich daddy (plenty of money). Never again
They did an outstanding job for my little dude! He was over the moon on how cool is cut was. Great Staff!
