If you care about how your hair looks do not get it cut here. Especially if you get it cut by Scarlett, that is your warning to run away because I'm not sure she actually knows how to cut hair. I asked for 90s layers and a blowout and walked out with barely even a blowout and some kind of haircut. For Gods sake does Scarlett have a license to cut hair? NOt sure her certificate was real. I walked in with long hair looking for a trim up. I walked out with a chopped up short hairdoo. My lawn mower would have done better. I've cut hair for several years and I can she is not a trained hair stylist. Not sure how she got this job. Not only that but I did not get a senior discount. Before you sit down you must ask their name.

Horrible, a first for us. Scarlet ruined ten year olds hair. Stylist threw scissors, cursed and kicked/pushed partially mirrored divider when asked to please stop chopping bangs. Stylist twisted and bangs and cut shorter layers on top of longer layers, not to mention cutting her hair with a fat brush and clippers sooooo uneven. The other stylist was incredibly sweet and did what she could to fix an extremely bad chop job little girls hair. She wast hurt by the flying scissors and mirror didn’t break thank goodness.
