We've used this salon for years and have had good experiences. But the stylist who took care of my teenager today went above and beyond. Andrew was exceptional in connecting with my teen, making sure he understood what they wanted and he was fulfilling it, checking in that they were physically comfortable the whole time, and talking with them about their passions and interests.
