Used to be very quick service, but no longer. They seem to have a problem with their online check-in? I checked in online, said 14 minutes head to store, I arrive but NOT on the board! While I was trying to get assistance as to why, they proceeded to add 4 other people ahead of me, making my what should have been a 10 minute wait to over an hour. At the very least they should have put me in the queue ahead of the others that were physically there after me?
It was hard to locate the Great clips sign. But the stylist helped guide the way.
