I got a perfect haircut from Leane. She knew how to do it just right without even being asked. She could just tell how I like my haircut. Sometimes you have to give little pointers to the stylist, but not this one.
I went and got my haircut at the Market Street Plaza location on 12/21/24 and the girl who did my hair did an absolutely atrocious job. She acted rude and condescending from the beginning and was clearly in a hurry to get me out of there. I have come to Great Clips for years as a loyal customer but the way that she handled me over the phone when I tried to tell her something about it ensured that I will never set foot in another Great Clips again. I went in to get my hair cut. I showed her a picture and it's at least 2 inches shorter than I ask for. I was in her chair for maybe 5 minutes. She layered it and cut it. I am very dissatisfied! I will never go back!!
