I think Great Clips got the right equipment and everything but they bring all this new people all the time half of the time they don't know what they doing however there are a few of them they know what they doing but they moving back to Austin Oak Hill I personally think that if they going to bring a new person to learn how to cut hair and she have somebody there is supervise them to make sure they'll do the right cut other than that I think everything will be great

Came in got a cut was done in 10 min top perfect cut no complaints my wife liked it so much she got hers cut as well and that takes alot 4 yrs together no ine has touched her head

The service that I got was great from the young lady that cut my hair, the only thing that I was upset about was that I had a coupon on my phone that she was not able to use for my haircut because her equipment was not able to read or scan the code it was for 10.99 rather than the full price however she was able to use the senior discount, and now I am getting the discount offers on facebook after the fact so other than that I am somewhat upset !!

I want to thank the one who cut my hair. I think she said her name is Monica. She did excellent cutting my hair. She was very professional and kind. I definitely will be back. Thank you again!
