The Hair stylist seemed unsure of how to cut or what to use which always makes me nervous. My hair or what's left of it grows back fast so next time I will use someone else.
I was served in a timely and professional manner. Very good haircut.
My son checked in at 3:15 and was given a 30 minute wait. We showed up at 3:45 and we are still waiting at 4:20. We were the only person waiting. The stylists took multiple breaks as we sat there. The worse part is that they told us that they would be with us shortly when we walked in. If they were going to take breaks, they should have told us. There was never more than one stylist working at a time.
Heather has been cutting my hair for about four years and takes great care of me. Whenever she is not there, I’ve never had a bad haircut from anyone else!
