I don't have very much hair and it only takes them a few minutes to get me back out the door. All of the ladies are really nice and I enjoy getting my haircuts there.
After 24 days in hospital and rehab, my husband was desperate for a haircut. We're in driving distance of three Great Clips salons, but the one in Lampasas was the least busy. Hubby can't sit for long, so we headed to that shop. Trace was the beautician available, and was immediately aware and considerate of my husband's limitations. Seems like an easy ask… I wanted my hair much shorter but long enough to keep in a ponytail - I showed her where I set my ponytail on my head. I even said why not just cut it off while in the ponytail? Didn’t happen. Results : The back is so short (2”???) it won’t go in the ponytail holder and the front was way too long. Came home and chopped 3” off the front to get it how I asked her to do it. Okay, I now understand why I should go to a more expensive salon - lesson learned!
