Jess has a terrible attitude. She can't stand kids talking a bit loud, she will scream at them and order to use their indoor voices. My 18month was taping on the glass wall exited to see the birds outside and she screamed to stop hitting the glass. Seriously? How is some tiny hands gonna break that? And the other stylelist ,I belive her name starts with a M , rolls her eyes at you if you request a different hairstylist.
