Very pleasant experience!
I have been to Great Clips on 23rd Street three times. The first time I was impressed with the haircut for the money. The second time it was just kind of ok. I went yesterday and got worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life and I am 77 years old. I just looked in the mirror this morning and laughed. Now I have to find someone to fix this and I won't be going back to Great Clips.
