Visited on March 8, 2026 with my 4 year old that's on the Austim Spectrum. We will not return! Paid $20 for hack job of a haircut that wasn't finished. It looked absolutely terrible. I feel like this place is not kid friendly unless your kid can sit perfectly still for the entire haircut.

THEY DON'T KNOW CURLY HAIR! I called the day before to see if they had someone that knew curly hair. She said they all did. I explained to the lady what products I use and my process. First, she cut it dry and partially wetted down. When I asked about the shampoo if she's putting fresh product on my hair and she said she was gonna cut it then shampoo. Then she put a totally different product on it than I use. I was trusting that she knew what she was doing. She used 1 teaspoon of mousse on parts of my hair and that was it!! ... read more

I've used Great Clips for over 15 years. Never a bad cut. Stylists listen to my comments whenever I see something that I'd like trimmed slightly more.
