Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. I went in asking for a 2in trim, frame around my face and long layers. The lady seemed to know what she was doing but I was terribly wrong. I let the lady know I have semi curly hair and I washed my hair day of to show how my hair gets frizzy when air drying. When I was done getting my haircut my hair was about 5 inches shorter and the lady sprayed my hair with water to allow it to curl up so I couldnt tell the shelf cut I received. I have been using this location for my hair cuts for over 15 years. The staff is great all seem very well skilled and my hair cuts come out great.
